After you choose your Dewbot plan from the launcher (Lite, Prime, or Pro), Dewbot doesn’t jump straight into trading. Instead, it goes through a quick setup process to make sure everything is ready.
This happens automatically, so you don’t need to configure anything yourself. During setup, Dewbot checks a few important things before opening the trading interface.
The setup process includes three main steps:
- Checking your internet connection
- Opening your supported browser
- Verifying that you’re logged into your Pocket Option account
Once all of these checks are complete, Dewbot will load the trading interface and be ready for use.
Step 1: Internet Connection Check #
The first thing Dewbot does is make sure your computer is connected to the internet.
This is an important step because Dewbot needs an active internet connection to:
- Open the Pocket Option website
- Load trading information
- Verify your account status
- Carry out trading actions
If your internet connection is unavailable or unstable, Dewbot may stop during setup and won’t be able to continue until the connection is restored.
If the Internet Check Fails #
If Dewbot cannot detect a working internet connection:
- Check that your Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection is working.
- Make sure your network has internet access.
- If you’re using a firewall or VPN, ensure it isn’t blocking the connection.
- Once your connection is working again, restart Dewbot.
Without an internet connection, Dewbot cannot complete the setup process.
Step 2: Browser Launch #
After the internet check passes, Dewbot automatically opens one of its supported browsers.
Currently, Dewbot supports:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
This browser is where Dewbot connects to your Pocket Option account and performs all of its trading tasks.
During this stage, Dewbot opens the trading platform and prepares everything needed before moving to the next step.
While the Browser Is Opening #
To avoid interrupting the setup process:
- Do not close the browser window.
- Avoid navigating away from the page Dewbot opens.
- Wait for Dewbot to finish loading.
Interrupting the browser at this stage may prevent Dewbot from completing its setup successfully.
Step 3: Login Check #
Once the browser has finished loading, Dewbot checks whether you’re already signed in to your Pocket Option account.
An active login session is required before Dewbot can continue.
If You’re Already Logged In #
If Dewbot detects that you’re already signed in, it will continue automatically.
This is the quickest path through the setup process.
If You’re Not Logged In #
If no active login is found, simply sign in to your Pocket Option account as you normally would.
If required, complete any verification requested by Pocket Option.
Once the login is successful, Dewbot will detect your session automatically and continue with the setup.
You don’t need to restart Dewbot after logging in—just wait a few moments for it to recognize the active session.
Why the Setup Process Is Important #
These startup checks help make sure everything is working before trading begins.
By confirming that:
- Your internet connection is available
- Your browser is ready
- You’re logged into your Pocket Option account
Dewbot can reduce the chances of errors or interruptions later in your trading session.
You can think of this setup stage as Dewbot preparing everything behind the scenes before it hands control over to the trading interface.
Once all the checks have passed, Dewbot automatically opens the trading interface, and you’re ready to begin.
