How Percentage Checker Works

4 min read

The Percentage Checker is one of Dewbot’s built-in safety features. Its job is to monitor the payout percentage on the trading platform before each new trade cycle begins.

Dewbot expects the payout to stay at a certain value throughout your trading session. By default, that value is 92%, unless it has been changed in your configuration.

Before placing every new trade, Dewbot checks the current payout on the platform.

  • If the payout is at or above the expected percentage, trading continues normally.
  • If the payout drops below the expected percentage, Dewbot decides what to do next based on the version you’re using.

This helps keep your trading session consistent, especially when payout percentages change unexpectedly.

What the Percentage Checker Looks For #

Before each trade cycle, Dewbot compares two values:

  • Expected payout percentage (for example, 92%)
  • Current payout percentage shown on the trading platform

For example:

  • Expected payout: 92%
  • Current payout: 85%

Since the current payout is lower than expected, Dewbot detects that the payout has changed and takes the appropriate action.

This check is important because the payout percentage affects several parts of your trading session, including:

  • How much profit a winning trade returns
  • How recovery amounts are calculated when Martingale is being used
  • How efficiently your session progresses toward its target

When payouts are lower, recovering previous losses usually requires larger trade amounts than originally planned.

How It Works in Dewbot Prime and Dewbot Pro #

If the payout falls below the expected percentage while you’re using Dewbot Prime or Dewbot Pro, Dewbot displays a Percentage Changed popup.

Instead of making the decision automatically, it lets you choose how you’d like to continue.

The available options are:

  • Switch to another currency pair
  • Wait until it returns to the default value
  • Ignore and continue
  • Stop Trading

Option 1: Switch to Another Currency Pair #

If you choose this option, Dewbot searches for another available currency pair that matches:

  • The expected payout percentage
  • Your selected Trade Time

If it finds a suitable match, it switches to that pair automatically and continues trading.

If no exact match is available, Dewbot may ask whether you’d like to continue with the best available pair that has a slightly lower payout instead.

Option 2: Wait Until the Payout Returns #

If you’d rather stay on the current currency pair, you can choose to wait.

Dewbot pauses trading and displays a message such as:

Waiting for the percentage to return to default…

It continues checking the payout until it reaches the expected value again.

Once the payout returns, trading resumes automatically.

You can cancel the waiting process at any time. If you do, Dewbot returns to the Percentage Changed popup so you can choose a different option.

Option 3: Ignore and Continue #

Choosing Ignore and Continue tells Dewbot to keep trading even though the payout is lower than expected.

Dewbot will continue using the current payout percentage, but you should understand that lower payouts can affect things like:

  • Recovery speed
  • Profit efficiency
  • Overall session progression

This option is best used only if you’re comfortable continuing under reduced payout conditions.

Option 4: Stop Trading #

If you don’t want to continue trading after the payout changes, simply choose Stop Trading.

Dewbot will end the current trading session and stop placing new trades.

Remember My Choice #

The Percentage Changed popup also includes a Remember my choice option.

If you enable it, Dewbot will automatically use the same action whenever another payout change happens during the current trading session.

This saves you from having to respond to the popup every time the payout changes.

How It Works in Dewbot Lite #

The Percentage Checker works a little differently in Dewbot Lite.

Instead of displaying the decision popup, Dewbot automatically searches for the highest suitable payout percentage available and continues trading with it.

There are no manual options to choose from.

This makes Dewbot Lite simpler to use, while Dewbot Prime and Dewbot Pro give you more control over how payout changes are handled.

Why the Percentage Checker Is Important #

Payout percentages on the trading platform can change at any time.

Dewbot doesn’t control these changes—it simply detects them and responds based on your settings or your chosen action.

By checking the payout before every new trade cycle, Dewbot helps avoid trading under conditions that could affect recovery calculations, profit expectations, or the overall flow of your trading session.

A simple way to think about it is this:

Before every new trade, Dewbot asks one question:

“Are the current payout conditions still suitable for this trading session?”

If the answer is yes, trading continues.

If not, Dewbot follows the appropriate action for your version and settings before moving on.
