If you’re using Dewbot Prime or Dewbot Pro, one of the first settings you’ll come across is Trade Capital.
Trade Capital lets you decide how much of your broker balance Dewbot should use for the current trading session. Instead of treating your entire account balance as available, Dewbot works with the amount you specify.
For example, if your broker account has $500, but you only want Dewbot to trade using $100, you can simply set your Trade Capital to 100. Dewbot will then organize the trading session around that amount.
This is one of the main settings you should review before starting a session.
Where to Find the Trade Capital Setting #
After launching Dewbot Prime or Dewbot Pro, the Trading Dashboard will open.
Near the top of the dashboard, in the parameter section, you’ll see a field labeled Trade Capital.
This is where you’ll enter the amount you want Dewbot to use as your session capital.
How to Set Your Trade Capital #
Setting your Trade Capital only takes a few seconds.
Step 1: Click the Trade Capital Field #
Click inside the Trade Capital input box.
Step 2: Enter the Amount #
Type the amount you want Dewbot to use for the session.
For example, if your broker balance is $500, but you only want Dewbot to trade using $100, simply enter:
100
Dewbot will use that amount as the working capital for the current session.
Step 3: Check Your Entry #
Before moving on, take a quick look at the value you entered to make sure it’s correct.
Entering the wrong amount can affect how Dewbot manages the session.
Step 4: Configure the Rest of Your Settings #
After setting your Trade Capital, continue with the rest of your trading setup, such as:
- Base Amount
- Trade Time
- Target Profit
- Stack Method
- Martingale settings (if available)
Step 5: Start Your Trading Session #
Once you’ve finished reviewing all your settings, you can start Dewbot and begin the session.
Trade Capital Is Not Available in Dewbot Lite #
If you’re using Dewbot Lite, you won’t see the Trade Capital field.
This is completely normal.
Lite is designed with a simpler setup and doesn’t include manual Trade Capital configuration.
Default Trade Capital Values #
When the Trading Dashboard opens, Dewbot may automatically display a default Trade Capital value.
The default can vary depending on the version you’re using. For example:
- Prime may start with a smaller default value.
- Pro may start with a larger default value.
These are simply starting values. You’re free to change them before you start your trading session.
Why Trade Capital Is Important #
Trade Capital tells Dewbot how much capital you want it to work with during the current session.
Dewbot uses this value when managing different parts of the trading session, including:
- Organizing the trade flow
- Applying its progression logic
- Monitoring your session target
- Managing the session according to your chosen settings
A simple way to think about it is as your session budget.
Setting your Trade Capital does not change your actual broker balance. It simply tells Dewbot which portion of that balance to use as the basis for the current trading session.
Before starting each session, it’s a good idea to review this value and make sure it matches the amount you intend Dewbot to trade with.
