Custom Time allows you to set an exact trade duration in Dewbot using Hours : Minutes : Seconds, instead of selecting only from the preset Trade Time options like S3, S15, M1, M5, or H1.
When Custom Time is enabled, Dewbot uses the exact time you enter as the trade expiry duration for every trade cycle.
For example, you can set:
- 00:00:10 (10 seconds)
- 00:02:30 (2 minutes 30 seconds)
- 00:45:00 (45 minutes)
- 01:15:00 (1 hour 15 minutes)
Why does Custom Time exist?
Custom Time gives you more flexibility.
Not every trading strategy fits perfectly into the default Trade Time options. Some users may need more precise trade timing based on:
- market behavior
- personal strategy
- signal timing
- asset movement
- personal testing
With Custom Time, you can fine-tune how long each trade cycle stays open while Dewbot continues to manage the trading process automatically.
How to use Custom Time
- Locate Custom Time in Dewbot.
- Tick the Use option.
- Click the time button beside it.
- Enter your preferred duration using:
Hours : Minutes : Seconds - Close the Custom Time window.
- Start Dewbot normally.
Once Custom Time is enabled, the normal Trade Time dropdown is automatically disabled because your custom value becomes the active trade duration.
Rules and Limits
Custom Time must be greater than 00:00:00.
Allowed values:
- Hours: 00 to 99
- Minutes: 00 to 59
- Seconds: 00 to 59
The selected asset must also support the time you choose.
If your selected Custom Time is not available for the current asset, Dewbot may ask if you want to:
- switch to another currency pair
- use the next available Trade Time
- or stop trading
Simple explanation
Use Custom Time when you want more precise control over your trade duration instead of relying only on the preset Trade Time options. It is useful for custom strategies, advanced timing setups, and personal trade testing, as long as the selected asset supports that duration.
